We’re looking for a super-organized, savvy Admin Assistant to join our growing team here at Major League Content.   

Job Description 

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support and undertaking various online research, publishing, and administrative tasks supporting general office management functions and the marketing team.  

Strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, super attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a good command of English are a must. It’s a great opportunity for hard-working, savvy individuals looking to launch their careers in administration, eGaming and digital marketing.

Responsibilities (training will be provided) 

  • Provide administrative support to the content writing and editing teams.   
  • Undertake daily, general office admin tasks to support company activities.  
  • Oversee purchase order management. 
  • Update spreadsheets and databases to track company performance.  
  • Conduct online research on various topics.   
  • Come up with ideas for weekly publications on topics of interest.   
  • Source images and links for writing assignment requests.  
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents.  
  • Light bookkeeping duties.  

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in an admin support role desirable. 
  • A highly organised approach and a keen eye for detail. 
  • Knowledge of computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel). 
  • Ability to communicate successfully at all levels and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to conduct research and organise findings. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and adhere to tight deadlines.
